Hi Bennarion,
actually I got caught by some rain while test-wearing the jacket some days ago. At least a few drops obviously won´t do anything to the coating.
Another good thing is that all the stains of black, wich I had on my clothing after rubing the excess dye from the jacket, went away in the washing without any leftovers. So no danger of permanently ruining my clothes if some more black rubs off from the leather...
