The homburg nation approves with a warm applause! Bowen needs more homburg hats; I think a Borsalino Gulaela will suit him just fine: a bit more crown height and a bit more brim.

Why thank you Mike. I’m going to give them a chance. I think i hide under hats and that’s hard to do with a Homburg. Something with the flange and brim width kinda makes it hard to get that squash it on and pull it down feel of a lazy hat wearer guy. Lol
Hope your back probs are resolving. They can do some magic stuff with discs and verts these days. Unfortunately, the premeditated hoop jumping to get insurance coverage is about as frustrating as the pain. If you tell em those magic buzz words, “i can’t pee” “my legs go numb” at times, that gains ground fast.

Thanks Jeff. I found the Biltmore at the local Goodwill before they started selling all of their hats online. i went in one day and they had a Biltmore Golden Pheasant velour homburg. Went back the next day and they had two of these milans, one dark blue and one black. Needless to say i took all three home.

Today it heats up. Stevens milan, probably of a plastic persuasion.
