For Sale: World War 2 ear military jacket from 1943. I was told that this is Swiss (I can't guarantee that). Jacket still has lots of life left (no rips, stains, etc), but has been used. The button holes are frayed, and the front bottom button is missing (though the back pockets have the same size buttons that could be used to replace missing front one.

Measurements:
Pit 2 Pit: 23.75"
Back length from base of collar: 30.5"
Sleeve from should seam straight down: 24.5 - 25"
Across back at shoulders: 19.25"

$70 shipped 48 USA via USPS

+1 on the above - the three crowns on the jacket mark it as property of the Swedish crown and that it was military issue I believe - you sometimes find modern jackets with the three crowns replaced by three globes, which iirc denotes export or export approved.

Cool jacket - good luck with the sale

If it's information you're comfortable giving out (I know folks have differing views on that sort of thing), it might help the sale to mention that these Swedish tunics were pretty much identical to those worn by the Wehrmacht; as such, many re-enactors who protray Wehrmacht have used these over the years, with some small adaptations.
