My french workjacket came in. It's actually like New, but the leather is kinda dull and lifeless. I've given it a surface treatment and a shine and it's much better for it.
Is it goatskin? Fit looks great!

I think you are right, but the grain is more varied than my other goats.
I am so jealous that so many of you can shop for vintage jackets. It is impossible to find anything that fits someone who is 6.6 tall and normally build...

Used a leather cream first which soaked right in. Laid it on the hot floor on my bathroom for 2 hours then applied a conditioner With lanolin and beeswax and let it sit for a while. Then furiosly brushed With a horsehair brush until it had a good shine.
Ooh man that checks a lot of boxes! Zipped trucker up front, HB back, snap cuffs. And that collar is dreamy.
