A nudge to get a 6 3/4 size to fit! Wow. You are the hat whisperer. Alan, the Eagle yeddo may be trumped by the interior details. A pleasure to see you hats in action-thanks for sharing.

Thanks Eric, and completely agree... I bought the hat for this lovely imprint. It was very inexpensive and I've had it for a long time. I have used it for years, set upside down on my hat shelves as a platform to support other straw hats. Last year I decided to try a stretch to see if it might respond. It did remarkably well and held the new size as if it were always a seven.

That is a very impressive Champ, Eric. With the pugg, it really stands out.

Summer is a perfect time for the Ivy League look.

I have read that the early 1900s saw the very first pink dress shirt – designed by Brooks Brothers – become a hit. It was initially meant to target female students but it caught on more with college guys. Pink is a great summer color for short bald guys I believe. I am not sport'n a dress shirt, but mine is weather appropriate.

The pug and the hat are a match for my Champ which is a "Hand Woven, South American Genuine Panama." Some panama hats are easy to pick-up. Going into the city or driving out to the country, this hat travels well. Warm weather hats, for me, need a substantial leather sweat. The wear and effort of the leather sweat for me increases during the warm weather. You begin with quality leather and end with the everyday careful conditioning/drying of the vintage leather that is needed to "gently" wear a panama. This panama has more decades of wear coming.

Send coat weather this way.

Looking sharp Michael and the Dobbs is excellent. Love the wide brim.
Thanks Scott. This one definitely has those 40's fedora proportions.

Always like seeing the 16.50 Michael.
Another great example of an embroidered liner!
Had to go back an look to see the day’s wardrobe.

Thanks Bowen. It is a great liner. I don't think I've seen any others exactly like it.

Michael; Glad to see you making the most of cool mornings in your neighborhood. I count on you to brings some formality/fashion to the regular postings. Thanks.

Thanks Eric. Sadly, it sounds like the cool mornings are ending here for the time being.

That's a great pug on the Champ. Great polo too. I may have to look into one of those.

Thanks all,
