That's U.P. Big Boy 4023 on the hill, one of eight surviving locos of the original 25 built from 1941 to 1945. It's the only one of the eight to have been moved via flatbed truck.

UP just recently rebuilt 4014 to operational capacity, and it's supposed to be in Omaha sometime this month, if I'm not mistaken.

Those 4-8-8-4s are my favorite locomotives. :)
