This seller has a 10 year old stock of LW jackets that was destined to the japanese market .
Their value is lessened because of storage (light oxydation, creases), but they're new.
Only problem is they're mostly small sizes.

And they might not be made to LW retail specs and use the renowned 4+ HH ask questions

Red alert! That's the CAL we were all watching a few weeks ago, at least until the auction abruptly ended with the jacket supposedly getting sold for 125 GBP. It would appear something went wrong as it earned the seller a negative review. I wish I knew what really was the problem but the whole thing looks very fishy, especially the reused screenshots.

I am not 100% sure but I think the following PM I received from an FL member is referencing this jacket/seller
"
I'm the buyer of this jacket. Be thankful that you didn't get it. The seller hid a number of defects, you can barely see in 1 photo that it had a police badge sewn on the right arm which i knew but it also had 2 studs in the waist band to permanently hold the belt, a patch on the lower back of a harley eagle wing that was removed leaving a imprint of it, torn lining, all of which were not disclosed. i started a ebay return which i have won & now get to return the jacket. the seller is still fighting not realizing he has no other options than refunding my money. anyway i noticed that you bought another in a 44 & was wondering if you wanted to sell it"

I tried to make the connection and came up short but my suspect memory tells me the same jacket

Cal leather Horsehide Vintage 80’s USA Police Patrol Motorcycle Biker Jacket L https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/202734860279

What"s that old saying caveat emptor. Here are 4 pictures of that jacket. In true vintage form the jacket has had a police badge removed from the right arm, it has had a Harley-Davidson patch removed from the back, it has 2 chrome studs attached to the waistband to permanently hold the belt, while this isn"t bad if you don"t wear the jacket while riding but if you take the belt off while riding they will surely scratch the paint. It needs a new liner, it has plastic main & cuff zippers. Other than that the jacket is a true vintage piece and I'm a total time wasting American that didn't want a true vintage jacket

Well, all that should've been disclosed of course but then again, I wonder if the buyer would've passed on the jacket had they been aware of all the flaws?

I always assume that any old and used jacket I buy is naturally in a far worse state than what the seller described and if the deal is good - good as in a 125GBP for a vintage horsehide CAL in a style that's relatively rare - none of the issues stated above would've surprised me or make me want to return the jacket. I mean, how is an imprint of a Harley wing worse than the stitch holes left by a removed police patch, the buyer knew about?

I don't think you can ever truly expect you're getting exactly what's stated in an auction info when buying a thing like that. Most people can't even identify something that'd be a serious issue to us here as such.

Well there you go. I would have returned it too. There is a lot going on that he doesn’t mention. Not cool.
All one needs to do is look at the seller’s crappy images of cell phone photos to know he isn’t above board. Too lazy to take proper photos = too lazy to provide full disclosure to potential buyers.

Bad auction photos really irritate me. In a crowded place like eBay, you’d think sellers would want to provide quality photos to “market” their wares.
