Up for sale is my lightly worn Premier 1930’s Half Belt, made by Julie Leitch. The hide is evenly matched brown CXL FQHH with Minto check lining, the size is 40”. Sadly since my retirement I no longer have the slim frame to wear this in comfort.
If you are in the market for a 1930’s pattern, in this size, I don’t think you will find a better one.

Measurements

Chest: 22 1/4”
Shoulders: 18 1/4”
Sleeves: 24 3/4”
Back: 24 1/4”

£480 plus postage.

Beautiful jacket. What is the width at the hem and 8 inches above the hem, zipped and lying flat?

Zipped and lying flat
Bottom hem: 20 3/4”
8” up: 21”

It is a very nicely made jacket, an experienced eye will notice how well the front panels hang. Creases radiating out from the collar and spoiling the main front panels is a pet hate of mine, Julie at Aero installed the collar in such a way as to minimise this fault. It hangs like a well tailored suit jacket, quite rare in heavy leather.

Great jacket Coop! With all the effort you put in getting it just right, it’s a shame to see it go. I enjoyed following this jacket’s story.

It was a very long haul to get it just right, as to the cut of it, I’ve never seen a better one.
