Love the jackets. I was wondering about the crown zippers. They are different types and sizes. Can you please tell me what size did you use for the sleeves. Are they size #10? I am thinking about the buco j23 type and would like to use the best product. I do ryde and want to focus mainly on the main and sleeve zips.

I have a #10 Nickel NOS Coats & Clark (Crown) as the main zipper on my Bk Test (4.5 oz HH). It seems quite sturdy. It is almost identical to a "true" Crown, although it is not spring-loaded. I have a smaller (Brass) Talon on my Brown Test (4.5 oz HH). It doesn't seem as strong or heavy-duty. At times, it makes me a bit nervous. Hence I handle it with care. In hindsight, I would have preferred a #10 (either Crown or Talon). In any event, I tell myself that if Stuart has opted for a smaller Talon zipper for a 4.5 oz HH jacket he must know what he's doing.

I am still waiting. I was hoping to receive it in early September. Patience... A habit born of a long contemplation of eternity! I will be retiring on the 15th. I have all the time in the world. Still, I am looking forward to receiving my Courier. I will post some pics!

i have #10 on mine. they seems build like tanks =) and yes it's + $250. But i like the idea what zips on my jacket costs like some hyped yeezy sneakers
