Here’s a great old velour that Bob Jessee of BSHW refurbished for me. The hat body itself is from the 1920s and likely imported from Germany, Austria or the Czech Republic.
Vintage new old stock ribbon from Borsalino both silver and gold along with a Black silk cord wind trolley and vintage buttons.
Unfortunately in the sea of black velours that I own this one rarely sees any head time and is therefore in fantastic shape.
Size 7 and measures 21 7/8” (snug)
2 1/2” Brim
5 1/2” Crown
2 1/8” Ribbon
