These pale colored summer dinner jackets show up on eBay regularly, generally for low prices. The 1-on-2 button stance will make it an even easier item to snag, as that is not a very popular design feature.

Difficult to tell on my phone - if the jacket is ivory you can find one all over the place. If it’s a “Burma shade” jacket like the ones that were briefly popular in the ‘30s it will be a lot harder to find. (P.S. What movie is that?)

As others have said, they really are quite common if you hunt around. Have you tried a Google search? Mine was a real bargain, I picked it up at a vintage festival a few years back, mint condition, just twenty pounds.
