Looks very much like Valley Fair mall in San Jose, California. I think this guy would have his mind blown if he discovered the nuances of leather, besides "it's soft". The enthusiasm seems to be there.

I couldn’t get past 1:30. Interesting he didn’t mention the Thursday boot co. Leather jacket. Maybe he did later in the video. But after 1:30. I had to leave. Poor ba***rd doesn’t have a clue. It’s like me trying to do a home video of brain surgery using a fork and spoon.

In fairness, I think it's horses for courses. He's looking for a certain type of aesthetic, and he's enthusiastic about what he's after. At least he's enthusiastic about leather jackets, even if the entire thing is aimed at a mall mindset.
I imagine there are thousands of people who will lap up this sort of advice, and through their own enthusiasm will find out about the more artisanal end of the spectrum where we position ourselves.

Pretty crazy...of course I really didn't have much of a clue either (Quite the Wilson's shopper/addict) until I stepped into a Motorcycle dealership that (back in the day) sold Vansons. Hard to beleive but that was a revelation. That whole "Soft - no break-in and wear it for years" mentality is so 2019... Hum.
