How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

As it happens, it was the first time I'd tried riding with my Barbour International as a top layer over a Kevlar armoured shirt. So the Richa was at home, and the Barbour suffered minor scuffing and a small hole worn in the sleeve. The SeeSmart armour stopped me from being broken any more than I was though.

Insurance assessor phoned this week to say it's going to be touch and go whether the bike is repairable or just guess over the total loss threshold. Oh well! I'll just have to buy another bike if that happens.

Out with delivery courier!

Just picked this up a couple of hours ago. Feels pretty good man! I like how it fits and the Soft Grainy Black Steerhide that Aero uses on the 59’er is super comfortable and has a lot of grain and character. Feels like wearing goat, but thicker. Really nice stuff. I’ve been wanting a black highwayman for a while now, and it feels pretty good to finally have one.

Wow, really awesome! For a moment I thought it's a new LL. Always wanted to see more of a 59'er. How come this jacket fits SO much better than the HWM? Fantastic cut, super cool details. Now I want one.

I really like that. Is the leather thick? Or medium weight? I think size wise is same measurements as my highwaymans of equal size. I have a 40 chest. Often wear a 42 sport coat. Wear a 38 highwayman. And would be a 38 chips per holly.

According to Aero’s website, the 59’er is shorter than their standard highwayman and has more taper towards the hem. I’ve been surprised at how little I found on it when researching, only managed to find one other TFL member that have posted fit pics of a 59’er.

I have samples of the leather as well and it feels comparable in thickness to cxl, but much much softer. This is a size 38 and has a p2p of 23 inches, shoulder 19, back 24,5, hem 19,25.

I’m really happy with how this turned out. Was a bit of a longer wait due to the pattern mods. The base is an hooch hauler but with lapels, cuffs and pockets arrangement like in the ruff’n’ready. For the leather I opted for the “reworked” seal jerky. It’s quite comfortable right out of the box and I find it maybe a bit thicker than Vicenza but less rigid if that makes sense.

Is there a secure way to give my contact details to an ebay seller for an outside ebay deal? Is picture with details on it still a thing?
