I have become the guy who finishes other people's plate, but only after given permission to do so. I don't do raids as my thinking is that it is okay to harm those raiding my plate.
You are a man of fairness. To be straight, when it came to food, my father was a predatory animal. Like the lion, he was secure that one good growl would keep weaker animals away - which it did, so he rarely had to use it - while few (none) would challenge his periodic raids (none did).
As noted, I didn't need "Wild Kingdom" growing up to learn predator-prey behavior, I lived it. The key, as any good prey animal knows, is to stay off the radar of the predator animal - as a young boy, I learned and mastered that skill quickly.

I had to get my railcar, so I fastly nibbled some storebrand Oreos instead of lunch, before walking quickly out my door. With the outlook to snack more after coming home.

Just returned from 4 days in Las Vegas. Hands down, Bavettes Steakhouse at the Parkmgm is the best in town. Bone in filet was magnificent. As were the sides of brussel sprouts and potatos.

Mmmm. That looks really good. What we call "comfort food." Nothing beats home cooking.
This was a recent memorable lunch in Dubrovnik. And the weather was warm enough (on 22 October) to swim in the ocean. It was glorious.

I enjoyed an XXL-onion baguette bun with half thuringian red sausage and half potted meat. Delicious!
