Looks good. To my eye, it looks more flat than snapped up.

It’s somewhere between a blade brim and a flip up or snap up. I don’t think I like the bowled look of the brim in a full flip and I don’t want a completely flat brim, so yeah, you’re right, Deadly. Thank you for liking it, though and thanks to everyone else for their likes and comments. I may be keeping it this way, especially since my Mother likes it!

First time wearing the modified $14 Revenger away from the house. At first I didn't think it was my style and was going to change the bash, but it has grown on me, and I did get several compliments on it at the office this morning.....

...and I know which hat you’re hoping to buy!
hope you end up with it!! Let us know how it ends.
Very cool pics, Hag. I like the hat and the color on those ostrich boots. Nice vintage gator brief case ya got there, too.

Thank you for your enjoyment and feedback on the Borsalino misto from yesterday. I have another... this in the stately Gorasgu style, in a heather color oddly named after the dogfish (I think). Not sure if wild, or cooked. Made for the American market following WWII.

Here’s my newly styled flip up. A forties Royal Stetson de luxe. I’ve posted it here before, but last night I steamed the brim up and hope I can steel my nerve to keep it this way. So far, I’m digging it!

Both great hats, but the Gamebird takes it on liner points.

Great looking combination today.

Best,
Joe

Lately, I've been inspired to wear one of my Bowlers due to all the wonderful Bowler/Derby hats shown on the FL recently. A special tip of the hat to Randy for inspiring me.
Finally, today, I put on my 1920s/30s Moores of Manchester (despite what it says on the sweat) Bowler.
I was lucky to find this one at a local fleamarket. Almost antique, Manchester made, sold in Copenhagen at one of the city's premier department stores (still in existence btw). Ticked all the boxes.
