How was the movie? It’s on my list for this week, along with frozen 2 (daughter) and the Mr. Rogers pic (wife...and myself tbh).
I liked the movie very much. Much closer to historic fact than the usual Hollywood movie. Cool action sequences and excellent CGI effects.

Actually we had sunshine today in Iowa, which starts to get rare come mid-November. So I had a chance to stop by a park with a tripod & the simple DSLR, so take the following. Nice to be able to see some Cordovan FQHH in part to full sun!

Early 1950s horsehide LAPD jacket by Cal Leathers.
It's in fabulous overall condition. I love the steak-like leather, mouton cuffs, early Crown zipper, the heft of the green canvas pockets.
Unfortunately, the waist is way too small for me. The overall length is also short.

What’s maddening is the jacket fits perfectly in the chest, shoulders and sleeves.
