Our yearly tradition of putting out the Nutcrackers with the Grandkids. This is the entire set of Steinbach Nutcracker Suite I’ve been collecting for many years. Many of them are signed by Christian Steinbach. Lylah loves them and we watch the ballet every year. This year she’s finally old enough to go to the ballet at Bass Hall in Fort Worth. Great memories of going to see it with my Daughters when they were little. Fun for everyone to get dressed up and a good event to wear some nice vintage clothing and hat to.

^^^ Wonderful. My youngest son became fascinated with the nutcrackers at a young age. None of his are really any brand or famous maker, but even though he is now grown I think he still would be disappointed if I didn't find a new one each year.

Spent Thanksgiving with what's left of my family. My 84 year old uncle broke out my grandfather's 1947 Ford 8N tractor with custom built kid carrying attachment and spent the day hauling my children around the farm. I've got a lot to be thankful for, including my friends here on the FL. I hope all the rest of you have plenty to be thankful for today, too, whether you celebrated the holiday or not.
