Carlos posted the three different depths I cited previously for original B-3 production. As for the B-6, it was all specified as 1/4", which is how ELC makes them and the D-1.

Can you choose the thickness? Didn't read this information anywhere on Aero website
No you have to write them and ask for the 15mm thickness.
That was my request too when I ordered my B3 since I'm leaving in the South of France I don't need a jacket so warm but I like the look of the B3 better than the B6.
15mm is the thickness use by Aero for their B6.
