I have a black LL Dominator size 42 in like-new condition and a vintage pair of boots to match. They are on the 'Bay for your perusal:

Yes, it depends how you measure them. If I do a straight line (no curve) from the seam to the end I get 25", but round the elbow curve is 27". I know I can't have anything less than 26", and they fit me with a bit of sleeve to spare (I'm 6'2" tall). The official size chart puts them at 65.5cm, which calculates to 25.7874", so I don't honestly know which I should post! :D:D

Oh man, I would literally buy both rn if I could afford it. The sleeves at 27" round the elbow curve should be long enough for anyone, maybe even too long for many people.

Boots are absolutely perfect & my size, too. Damn...
