Here is what he sent. Still waiting for photos but this is closet to a 46 if accurate.

Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is about 20-1/2”

Armpit to armpit is 25”

Shoulder seam to sleeve cuff is 25”

Base of neck to bottom is 26”

I’ve got that deer in headlights feeling. I think it may be a tad big if 25” is on point. Waiting for pictures (I hope it measures out to 26” so this little deer can prance back into the forest).
