Agree. I think we all know there are different classes of shipping. In this particular case, the listing says:-

No mention of insurance. It would be safe to assume the seller will have stated insured shipment if it indeed is insured since it is added value. Having said that, the seller may have to drive 20 miles to the nearest post office and decides that the costs of the gas should be included in the shipping in stead of being added to the value of the jacket.
Interesting. If I see that, the term arbitrage trading comes to mind. There are lots of ebayers listing things they see on Yahoo Auction JP and Taobao at a much higher price and if someone bites, the ebayer then buy the item on Yahoo or Taobao and have it delivered to the buyer. Kind of risk free trading.
