Retailers are out of stock on the Aged Blue Corn Whiskey until Wood Hat runs another batch, so I picked up a bottle of their white whiskey. Upon opening comes the aroma of the Kellogg's Corn Pops cereal I liked as a kid, popcorn maybe, & a bit of alcohol. Mouthfeel is thick, oily, smooth with a bit of alcohol burn. Aftertaste is a bit of alcohol, & Corn Pops that turns to buttercream late. Goes well with a can of mixed nuts for a snack.
