What is the consensus on the NorthSea jumpers these days.....worth the price of admission or not ? Are they very tHICK sweaters ? I cannot tell by the photos.

I have some North Sea and its generally of good quality. I think overpriced, but definitely good quality. Outdoor Knitwear have some of the same styles, albeit with different labels, and are considerably less expensive, and also good quality. I'd check with OK first and if they have something that looks identical, then save some money, and if NS has it and you gotta have it, then go ahead.

Thanks. YES I agree about OKW. I am wearing one today actually.
The N Sea Expedition and Brig2 are very unique designs though. I have a black submariner on order from them. They describe it as chunky so lets see. The shawl collar cardigan would be fantastic but I need it to be rather thick to enjoy it and to validate the cost.

NorthSea Submariner in Black. Compared to my size 36 from OKW similar in sizing but the finishing on the ribbed material is much nicer with this one. Black color was a unique find so I went ahead with the purchase.

I had a North Sea cardigan. Pretty nice, but I felt it paled in comparison to Dehen. Dehen was thicker/heavier.
