They’re all great as always, Stefan. The Valetini is a new one to me.
Thanks, Brent. I've had the Valetini for a long time, but it's one of those hats that's too nice for its own good. Sitting in a box to keep it safe and the box underneath a few dozen of other boxes. German manufacture, maybe made by Wegener.

Thanks Stefan. I got a few more photos of the Portis yesterday after the sun came out.

I really, really like this hat in the sun.

Wow. What a fine group of hats. That Bronzo is especially exquisite.

Thanks,
Michael
Thank you, Michael. The Portis looks even better in the sun. I should wear the Bronzo more often, but its box is low in the stack of boxes.

That grey ribbon works very well with that blue felt, Brent.

Both beautiful hats. Nice!

Hello everybody! Today's hat is a modern Stetson Whippet Royal De luxe in Cognac. The last pic shows the true color in the sun.
That's a great colour, Rick.

I've purchased a number of hats from intrepid thrifter Spencer Stewart over the years. I think this old Bulgarian sold nutria fur Barbisio is my favorite. It remains one of my favorite hats to wear.

Fantastic find, Dave. Never heard of the brand before, but looks good. Now all it needs is a homburg crease of course:)

Have a great Friday,
Michael
Nice shape on that one, Michael.

Back to work today after recovering from the Flu in a new to me Knox Twenty I purchased from @Ethan Douglas. Had some time to play around with the shape while at home the last few days.

More on the new hats thread when I get a chance.

Thanks for all the get well wishes.

Glad to see you've recovered, Tim. The arrival of that hat may have had something to do with you feeling better.

I must talk to my hatter about that ribbon style. Killer.

It is sunny in these days and cold, but above all there is the Carnival

Today, in the Verona heart of the town, the great parade of masks and a great popular participation

I have met people, friends and acquaintances whom I haven't seen for years, but Bacchanal has the power to mix all social classes

Before and after the parade this Borsalino kept me company. During the parade to avoid confetti and various other carnival issues coming from below and from above I wore a Harry's Tweed cap

This Borsalino came as new. It has a very thin and soft felt, very malleable

Have a nice day, mine was a mixture of fun and memories.
Thanks for the likes and compliments for the hats you showed everyday!
Borsalino is a good companion for any occasion, Daniele.

Peschel Dinkelsbühl "Norma" possibly mid to later 1950s. Another question -> What is unique about this Homburg Hat?

Really enjoying this new arrival. Adam Mainliner in Sil. Sand... Appears to be Adam Hat’s OR/Strat clone. Very moldable felt.. light weight and crisp. Amazing what $9.95 bought you even in the late 60’s. My first thin ribbon aside from a wide brim western/cowboy hat. I just threw in some side dents for a modified cattleman crease for fun... which it takes well.. diamond it will take and hold with ease. Will post more in the New Hats thread later.

Good thing you went for that one; looks great.

Hey folks!
This Hückel that I got in a trade with Stefan was the hat of the afternoon.
