@Fanch, do you have any pictures of that Mulligan? The photos in your old 2014 thread about it have all been lost to history. I'm curious about that Aero design and there are remarkably few photos of it being worn.

No I'm sorry but I don't. I recently switched computers from one with Windows 7 to Windows 10, and all of my jacket pictures were lost, or in a file I can't find. I'll keep looking and post if I can find the lost pictures.

When I ordered my Mulligan, I completely eliminated the chest pocket. IMO the chest pocket flap on the Mulligan really looks cheesy. On the other hand the cargo pockets with flaps is very functional and worthwhile. I also ordered my Maxwell without a chest pocket. Both of my Sheenes do have chest pockets on the left although I consider any chest pocket though as merely decorative, at least for me.

I'm in two minds. It'll be a long time before I order another jacket, but I like the idea of a button-up. I dol ike the flap on the top pocket, but equally a big part of the appeal of a top pocket with no zip is the ease of putting in, unobstructred by zip-rub, gloves and other things that might stick out. Whether the flap might get in the way is a consideration. Course, I'm also thinking goat, so probably easy to tuck if needsbe.

Style!
It fits you a treat, Sir, and is pure class. You and Aero nailed the fit. It's a jacket you could dress up with chinos, shirt and tie, or down with jeans and a T. Either way, it's a winner and suits you.
That explains your smile!
Thanks for posting.

That's one reason why i choose the MAX in black ... - you can Combine it with almost every Thing - combined a White Shirt, black waistcoat 'n tie already yesterday which adds a pretty stylish look to the jacket

OK - almost not visible coz buttoned up but got some positive comments anyway

Looks great! Now, let's see pics of the lining: The red at the end of the sleeves is getting me interested..

Also, good call on not using the Corozo buttons -- I had three or four of those break one after the other on the Maxwell that I (briefly) owned.

actually the lining of the sleeves is fully red with the rest in Lochcarron Tartan in red base-color

will drop some more pics Friday when i'm back home

Both the Maxwell and the Mulligan are great jackets and at the top of my list for my travel jacket, with a few mods :)

Thee is a nice Size 44 in black waiting to be scooped up on the Aero sales pages

I’m saving your specs on this. No immediate plans for one but if I go back. I’m asking for this build. Hope you don’t mind and I don’t want to chop your beef but this jacket nailed everything right down to the ground!

I feel flattered!

Well I think the possibility both of us showing up at the same pub or any other location at the same time wearing the same MAX is almost at 0% ...

So feel free but at least share some piccies if you ever order one ...

I love the design of the max as it can be dressed up or used casually. Only thing I'll change is to have a slightly smaller collar. But it looks great as it is.
