Vintage Vanson Model F Clone ?

Trying to identify a recent vintage pickup missing the brand label. Upon quick glance, it looks like a Vanson Model F. But it has some odd features now that I have it in hand which makes me think it might be a clone. However, I can't think of any makers coming close to this? Dual vertical inside pockets in the facings, stitched down finished cuff ends, leather hang loop inside back collar, zip out lining provisions. Missing the zip out liner which would probably have the brand label on it. Zippers are all old style YKK. Hide is thicker than I originally thought based on pics. Maybe an early "vanson associates" ?Detail pics will follow

Some better pics showing the odd inside dual pocket setup for a Vanson and back hang tag. The 42 size label font / color does look vansonish though. Any ideas who/when this was made?

Sweet. It should handle the vintage de-tox funk remover bath I need to give it the. It’s also as dehydrated as beef jerky but knowing a vanson hide, should plump back up. Have my work cut out for me on this one but it was a bargain score.

any idea when that style YKK main zipp was used? Haven’t seen it before with the more decorative box
