I'm a proud Thedi convert. The finish on their Buffalo and clever design features throughout the jackets, inside and out, won me over. The easy wear of a somewhat pre-shaped fit is nicely unique compared to other top tier leather jackets.

I've been in the leather jacket "business" for quite a few years now and have probably seen & handled practically everything that is on today's market. I can say that the Thedi Leathers jackets stand out from the mass of reproduction manufacturers in terms of style, design ideas and are of the highest quality in terms of workmanship and materials used. Of course you can argue about taste, but Thedi Leathers is just Thedi Leathers...

Edit: Many of my leather jackets have come and gone, but what's left are Freewheelers and Thedi Leathers... why? Because they are the most beautiful leather jackets in terms of workmanship...

I totally agree with you! His unique designs and high quality was what I was looking for (even if I also like manufacturers of classic styles like Aero)....that's why I own 4 Thedi jackets and I contacted Theodoros to order a fifth jacket

Thedi leathers not only has its own/unique designs but also wonderful reproductions of classic leather jackets with that certain Thedi touch.

That was a quick-witted comment, Theodoros! If everyone would like the same styles the world would be boring....I guess @Monitor meant the camo style jacket, actually the one I asked you for a price last week....I like it but I'm not sure if my wife also likes it ;-) Anyway, please keep up your excellent work!

Artists tend to push their limits of creativity. I am pretty sure that someone told also Picasso and Dali to chill and keep it traditional and realistic.

Thedi, hi. Nice to meet you.

If you go through my posts - highly unlikely considering how many there are oh my God I need (more of a) life - but if you do, you'll see that I have always held your work in the highest esteem and continuously supported you for all the reasons why people love your jackets. I particularly always respected you for trying out something new while still keeping the heritage spirit pure in your designs.

I love literally 85% of your work! Especially the more simple designs, like the CR's or half-belts which you always have a very fresh and original take. The rest I don't particularly like. Like the new jackets you posted on your Instagram page. And that's all there is to it!
I mentioned Zara in the same context I compared your newest editions to Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci - because it reminds of what I'd usually see by these brands and that's just something I as in me, personally, do not like.

I find the leather you use some of the nicest on the market and prefer it over most stuff typically held in higher regard. There are like 50 jackets on your site I absolutely love - again, the CR's, the cross zips and the zippered trucker is just perfect - And if I owned all of these jackets, I still wouldn't like the camo stuff. And it's really is not that big of a deal.

Also, "Thedi, chill" was a (obviously failed) reference to a somewhat popular meme which I find funny. Look for "daddy chill" on Youtube. It's actually good.

As for what I did or do - while not being a world famous leather jacket maker, I sold some of my work, published some and there are people that like it. Most importantly, I have dealt with my share of criticism. The point is, we all do something and we're all somewhere. We can't all do stuff to the same extent otherwise the world'd be full of Elon Musks but... We all do something.

that snake plisken models are great looking, also the racing collarless one, and that cross dualzip band collar, his creations and finishing are stylish and a lot more than mere replicas of old patterns for sure.

@ ton312 I agree! Thedi Leathers knows how to adapt classic design with their own signature into today's world. At this company, old jacket designs are not simply copied or cloned but given their own interpretation. The materials used and the craftsmanship are also first class.

When i was still on the authentic route, i struggled with a few features from thedi leathers. Today, however, I am happy to be allowed to wear a Thedi Leathers interpretation along with the copies and clones ...
