I still cant bring it home, the side adjuster belt has not been cut yet and zipper pull not yet installed, i plan on having collar snap but later once the leather is softer, i cant bent the lapel now, maybe after washing and conditioning i can fold and then collar snap can be added, but for now the fit is nice.
My wallet ruined the back shot, but it looks soften up.

they did excellent job, last month I wore it and we put the d pocket with double tape ,and also the slash pockets I have the trim on my hand, position it on the jacket while looking at mirror, and marked with pencil. the slash pockets are slightly curved. and extend on top of the shoulder too, as you can see it from the front, gives much better articulation despite the stiffness and snugness.

I’m so glad LW is still around! Sadly too many small artisan businesses (of all kinds) just don’t survive.
@navetsea This is one of the most unique jacket designs I've seen here on TFL. It's just beautfiul like most of your jacket designs. If I could I would copy this jacket! Very well done!

Thanks @Robbie79! That first jacket was a size 44 regular and I wore that one just about every day for 10 or 12 years. It looked incredible. Sadly I outgrew it. Had to sell it and bought a 46 Long (which I still have, going on 10 years now).
@Bfd70 no worries my friend, it’s a bit of both! Halfway thru the journey I started to look more for G-1’s rather than A-2’s. And the last couple of years I wanted a civilian-style jacket rather than a military one. It’s kind of like switching from vanilla to chocolate to strawberry as your favorite ice cream!
it was attractive too with only slash pockets, but without the patch pockets the twist locks stand out too much probably looking a bit more costume than utility, and I would not get those studs and raw edges around the pockets to burnish with wear
