Squally winter weather. Who says in never rains in Paradise ?
Good day for the Schott 740N steerhide Pea jacket.
Only worn perhaps a dozen times/year in Western Australia, usually of a night !

I think I hit the jackpot on this one. Crazy pattern making as it is my smallest jacket by far, but the most comfortable to wear. No pinching anywhere. Debating on doing the Thedi beeswax treatment as there is a lot of surface wear. Gonna enjoy it for now. This one also has the vented back. Very nice. The front looks like Sears Herc. What is the brand? Can you show the back?

LW Leathertogs B. Will get fit pics up when I take it for a ride. I am in b-ball shorts and a tank top. The pattern is definitely slim and close to body, unlike any other of my LWs. Stuart said it would be so. This thing is unbelievable. Perfect. I’m dancing on the ceiling gents.

Thanks! Lucked out really. No way I could have known that a jacket beat up as much as this is pretty much perfectly, structurally sound. Just honest wear really. View attachment 244768 View attachment 244769 View attachment 244770 View attachment 244771
BEAUTIFUL characters, beeswax might darken it all especially when absorbed by using heat ( i just beewaxed my jacket few weeks ago using hairdryer and the pocket panel looks duotoned permanently). I think you better use transparent leather finish creme or liquid (airbrushed) coat to protect the sueded parts from further deterioration from wear salt and stuff but keeping the contrasted patina. or suede protectant spray, it doesnt darken the color.

Agreed. Be wary of treatments that will darken the fades and diminish the patina effects, unless that is your goal.
