^you can have it
worked out the details as follows:
-black silk lining
-bring in shoulders 1 inch (1/2 in each side)
-add 1/2 inch sleeve - brings it back to stock
-black 3.5 oz OPD leather
-1.5 in taper biceps to 1 in taper at wrist
-1/2 inch added body length Front/back
-1 inch off low back panel flattening the curve
-zips on hand warmer pockets close up
-canvas lined pockets
-standard inside pocket left side no zip
-paperclip style main zip pull
-looped leather pulls on zips
shipping about a 1-2 weeks so i will have for our annual Harley ride. Hope it is not so hot I cannot wear it lol

Man, if you like the fit jacket, you're going to love the real thing. I have a few Johnsons myself.
That looks, for me at least, a touch long in the sleeves (but just a little- 1/4" maybe) and a touch
short at the belt line (Ideally I'd cover the belt, but it's a personal style preference).
Looking forward to seeing the final product!

Thanks i think when i narrow the cuff opening and for riding sleeve length will be good. And sleeves should crease up some. Pants pulled up a little then The belt is covered. Tried it sitting on the bike and Front length should work good not bunching up on me leaning forward.
I think the hand warmers should be moved a little lower, isn't the neck hole is a bit big?
probably taper the inside of the elbow too.
since you don't put on belt loops anyway, perhaps a little slant on the front hem drop toward the center like the kidney panel but not as curved and not as low.
if you plan on riding or driving in it, it won't harm to rotate the sleeve angle to the front a bit, it will pull the shoulder down a bit and press against your chest a bit when you have your arms on the side, but won't pull the front of the jacket up when you drive or ride, and the top of the shoulder stay flat when you ride and not all creasing up.

Fit pic looks wonky but the neck feels good. Hand warmer pockets about 1.5 inches from the font panel seam.
i like that the gusset is actually functional. My langlitz had just a flap and no actual gusset. Was expecting a different gusset configuration and seam on the back but I really like my fit jacket one

For riding 2 way zippers are really functional. Unzipping the bottom even a little helps with the new jacket choke. Also, unzipping to higher provides Air flow for the days when its cool when you depart and hot by lunch.

That was insanely quick. They must have somehow broken the laws of physics. I’m impressed. And a beautiful CHP to boot. How many straight zip CHPs do you now own? 3 or 4 right?
It was really quick. I have the aero chips and the incoming JL and then the brown JL pictured here it is the m200 moto jacket with some mods
If this incoming jacket fits well might have to get another in brown. A Custom fit jacket from JL in a variety of leather choices for around 700 bucks cant really be beat. Or go with horween horse I think it is 175 upcharge. I Worked primarily with Damon on this jacket and i have been really Impressed.
