Great hat, Rumad. Meal looks good, too.
For supper tonight I tried something new. Bought a can of pink salmon and blackened the thick chunks in a fry pan. Squeezed some lemon and drizzled some olive oil over them. I couldn’t believe how good it was! Tasted like grilled salmon from any restaurant and only cost $2.00!
Who knew?
I’ll be buying canned salmon from the local Piggly Wiggly from now on!
