I am still waiting on a custom Vanson jacket that I ordered on April 17. The jacket has been in production since July but it is moving at the speed of molasses. Originally I was told that it would be finished early in August, then later in August, then early in September, and at a certain point they just stopped promising anything regarding the date of completion.
After so many delays I asked Vanson about canceling my order but that would mean losing the 50% deposit I put down so I decided to stick it out. From speaking to them on the phone I understand that the current situation with COVID-19 has been very hard on their business. Apparently some of their staff never returned to work and they have been shorthanded this entire time.
I sympathize with them regarding this unusual situation but I would have to recommend you do not order anything custom from them right now unless you are willing to wait patiently for a long time.

I think it was 6 weeks,.if I recall correctly.
