Norwegian Outer Garment.. What is it..??

I was watching a Norwegian WWII movie and this character is wearing this outer wear that caught my attention.. Does anyone know what it is, an Anarak maybe, and are they still sold..??

The pockets are a different config on the one you posted though, no idea if it is an older model, maybe another military?

Definitely looks like an anorak ("anorakk"). They're a dime a dozen in thrift shops in Norway, and usually red or blue. Mostly used for hiking and skiing. The giant pocket commonly seen on the chest is great for storing important things like chocolate and a hip flask
