On a related note, this morning I had one of life's little victories: there was EXACTLY enough milk left in the fridge for one last bowl of cereal.

Sweet!!

In no set order:

Cheerios with vanilla yogurt and some sort of fruit.

Raisin Bran. I used to hate the stuff, but in the past few weeks, I can't get enough!

Lucky Charms. I rarely eat the marshmallows.

Steel-cut oatmeal with a touch of heavy cream and honey.

Me too! My dad and brother are forever complaining about the way I go through cereal... "their" cereal.

I can't believe I forgot about Blueberry Morning.
This stuff is great!! crunchy little flakes, little clusters of oats, and lots of little blueberries. It's really good, I recommend you all go out an treat yourself to a bowl.

My husband is notorious for eating his cereal out of a mixing bowl. A BIG mixing bowl. lol I'm almost too embarassed to admit that, but it is pretty funny so why not share?

Plain old Cheerios, with yogurt and cinnamon. Anyone else read that cinnamon reduces cholesterol? I've started using a lot of it and it does seem to help.

In the winter, oatmeal is wonderful.

Shredded Wheat and Bran-it is just about the only cereal I can find that does not have sugar in it-more specifically high fructose corn syrup. I'm desperately trying to eliminate this stuff from my diet, and it is shocking how much stuff that you really don't think of having sugar in it really does.
Anyway, I like Grape Nuts also, but since I broke a filling on it recently, I've shied away from it.

Coffee, black; preferably Costa Rica, Chiapas, or Peruvian grown bean.
Ethiopia and Sumatra grown coffee taste dry, almost arid and a bit acidic.

Cereal? Not since a long time ago. :)
