Supper last night one of our favourites. BBQ'd tandoori chicken thighs with basmati rice. I am all about the BBQ, but boy am I looking forward to spring!!!
Very simple. Take your favorite Bratwurst, I prefer raw, not scalded from the butcher, throw in a cast iron pan or better onto a BBQ grill. Fry or grill real crisp, cut to rough slices and put the sauce over it. I use Stokes Curry ketchup with some beef stock for the sauce, consistency by taste. Top it with your favorite Curry powder, that’s it. Fries shouldn’t be a mystery, the Mayo I use is Develey‘s.

braised beef short ribs (have to find reasons to use my Costco indulgence....Cast iron Dutch oven. Made my version of a Korean spicy plum sauce with rice and stir fried pea pods, fresh raw beansprouts for garnish. Best news, they were good and enough leftovers to do it again tomorrow.

Tonight is pasta night here as well. Large/fat penne pasta, dressed in walnut oil/garlic butter/ topped with roasted walnuts. My wife baked an herbed flat bread and I will flash fry zucchini sticks.
