So, my wife is a teacher. One of her room parents gave her a gift of a bottle of plum schnapps that was home-made by a friend of theirs who has a small orchard. (Can you imagine a room mom in America giving the teacher a bottle of schnapps?!?! ) Anyway, wow. Very tasty. Smooth, with a nice little bite, and a subtle aroma of plums.
