Exposure is bad for color. The hat is a Gannon Highwayman in natural beaver. The Single Malt Scotch is a Signatory Vintage bottling of Strathisla 10 @ 58.5% ABV. A wine-like sipper.

Just Outstanding is always a good thing!
Great color on the Outstanding, Dd. Outstanding steel clamshell lawn chair. I’ve rubbed the paint off of the seat of several growing up. Not too many survive around here with the rains and humidity. I bet you keep that one in the shade, out there. If you have any.

The taste is even better than the color! I have several motel chairs, including a rocking chair. They survive well in the desert, but you are right, they are for shade or night time use!

My 1930's Stetson Nevadan No.1Q & some Lagavulin 16 Single Malt Scotch after some BBQ chicken. The smoky Peat sets off the chicken.

El jefe, a Stetson One-Hundred was in the mood for a Tequila run earlier this afternoon. Picked up a bottle of Siete Leguas Blanco & a bottle of Pasote Reposado (they were out of stock on Blanco).
NBD! Pasote Tequilas are 100% blue agave grown on a single estate in Jalisco. Cooked in stone ovens & aged in Bourbon barrels the Reposado has only a slight bit of color change. I'm getting a nice medium blue agave taste, that earthy stone oven taste, vanilla & fresh ground black peppercorns. That's as far as my palate takes it for now. Some glycerin as evidenced by oily curtains on the glass.
