Perhaps a waste of good tequila and the best use is to slam the tequila whilst roasting the chicken

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality/variety of the food on the entire Scottish trip....2 months.
Back in 2010 we were in Condom and wanted to visit the Armagnac museum. We were close but could not find it. Stopped an elderly French couple carrying bags of groceries homeward. He attempted to give directions, gave up and said..."follow me". So this very elderly couple that were so frail they had difficulty walking, would not allow us to carry their bags took us about a 1/2km out of their way to deliver us to the museum. Tasted some very good Armagnac but the memory of the old couple's kindness is what lingers.Currently open on the shelf, about 18 bottles, most of it Scotch, some Bourbon, Rum and Armagnac in between...

With my crappy eyesight I first read "Opera Sausage"....and was very intrigued.
Another reason to visit Scotland in another 10 years or so.Diageo opened the gates to MarkIII Brora distillery today, the first official cask in 38 years has been filled just this morning!
