I wanted to get these out for a ‘scenic’ shot, but weekend camping fell through. Current stable of Stetson Westerns:

Thanks, Ross. The number in the sweat is the same as the reorder number. Liner pic was out of focus. Here’s a better one of the stamp.

Thanks, Jack. I agree on the brim. The seller said it was 4”. I thought they meant to the curl. Lot of stories. Maybe I’ll add one or two.

Here’s a hat I renovated today, not sure it really fits in this category but it is a 1920s Stetson, sold at washer brothers in Fort Worth, that’s all I could make out from the almost-non-existent sweatband and liner. I do not know the quality designation but feel like a no. 1 quality, nothing special but nice nonetheless. I used a sweatband given to me by Greeley hat works and some vintage 9 ligne ribbon. It needed a lot of help and I wanted to do a kind of “western gay prince” since I’ve never found a Dobbs gay prince in my size anyways!
