BTW, I have a similar hat, a little later example, in select quality. I like to think of these as upbrim soft hats rather than homburgs, but I'm not sure there is much of a difference.
Beautiful hat. That’s the kind of hat that makes me want to get another Homburg even though I’ve passed on every one I’ve ever owned.

Thanks Matt! I started out looking for some old time & Sepia tone software or app. Never found anything too authentic looking so far but along the way I found a couple of artistic programs that I kind of like that I kept. I'm learning that the pic you start with has a lot to do with how the results look.
I wish I could find a studio or some props to use.

Sometimes you have to do a couple layers to get to what you want. This is the link I find most helpful. I'm still looking for something to produce tintype & daguerreotype photography if you know of anything.

Imperial Stetson in 3X Beaver Quality - a fifteen dollar hat when sold c.1940 perhaps late 1930s. Hard to capture the intense pine green felt in a photo. One of my favorite hats, worn brim up.
