Friends,

I was looking into my closest when I located one of my favorite jackets.
This jacket has been in my collation for more than 30 years. I love what Cresco calls "dual action sleeves" I also like the elegant touch at the wrist. .

Horsehide. Normal halfbelt type. Quality of the leather is much better than the average hh of that time. Many other details I have not seen in other jackets. Specially around the back of the collar. Lot of work went in to this one.

Some beautiful grain, and yes the cuffs are fancy.

That’s a super unique sleeve design! Front side gusset? Purely ornamental obviously but cool! Cresco jackets always impress me and they are scarce indeed.

Interesting jacket. Never seen one like it. The innovation must not have been successful. Early post-war Talon zipper. Looks to be very nice Horsehide.

Are those Roll Up cuffs?

I don't own a Cresco, but I do have this!

Hi Terry, I did see that nice advertisement before in some of your videos. You know, I love this jacket because is one of the very best fit for motorcycle riding. As you reach the handle bars the body of the jacket flexes and allows great mobility. However, to accomplish this extra mobility, there is a lot of work needed in the jacket. The cost of producing this jacket is very high. The sleeve cuff, are very much like a "French" cuff in a dress shirt. Also, the leather quality is just top of the line. Not the type used in A-2.

Too expensive to manufacture, makes sense. There was a lot of competition in the day.
