Yep, I once bought a 60s Schott cafe racer for a great price. Listing said it was in supurb excellent condition etc. Turned out the stitching on both sleeve zippers was busted. Not a big thing, easy to fix. The seller gave me a partial refund. End of story: I got an awesome jacket for a great price.

I'm glad you guys are saying this. I want to reiterate/further clarify that my post regarding the Talon Replacement Zipper being lower quality was not meant to detract from or warn about the seller. Very much to the point of these 2 posts, more of a mild Caveat Emptor. I just have a thing about zipper replacements.......and I tend to try to go to the extreme to do a vintage replacement with an actual real NOS replacement when I think the jacket warrants it. I really was just meaning to point out those knock offs zippers are dicey IMO when you are paying a decent chunk for a vintage jacket. Also, pay attention to the creases/wrinkles in the leather. The jackets all look better stretched across that mannequin when you can't really see the extent/depth of the creases. Just pay attention to them. Some are not the end of the world but others can make the jacket less desirable for sure.

The seller does have some true vintage pieces pretty consistently. Condition can vary though.

I had to throw away a jacker because it reeked, nothing could remove the smell of rancid, smoke, etc it was nasty. When trying to clean up the lining and then the leather separately it started showing mold everywhere. Green/white mold all over the jacket.

The fit was amazing. A german black crosszip but man… i had to throw it away.
