There is one Schott 519 left at SSENSE (already 19% off retail, and coupon eligible!) This jacket is basically the 60s/70s Perfecto like the 613S is, but it has a less insulated lining and soft waxy cowhide instead of stiff steer/horse.
It's a size small (36, basically). I happen to have the spec sheet for the 519 from when I was Schott shopping so here are the measurements.
Chest: 20 3/4"
Shoulder: 17 1/8"
Hem: 18 ½"
Back length: 25 3/4"
Sleeve (from armhole): 25 5/8"
Sleeve from center back neck: 34 3/8"

Very true. I found the SB cafe racers to be very well made and fitting for my frame. Their Shinki was thick and very grainy.
