You can see double stitch rows here, expanding under the armpit. Not sure what was done to the jacket but definitely some tampering there.

Looks like a US mens jacket to me based on the zipper location. Could well be a small size but construction wise it appears to be a men's jacket regardless of the listing details. I don't honestly see too many VINTAGE WOMEN's jackets of this kind. You see plenty of vintage ladies fashion leather jackets but with Moto jackets, it seems like the older the vintage, the less likely it would be actually made for a woman. Times were different and even if a woman was riding (which we know some were), they likely were wearing a smaller men's jacket in most cases.

I could be off base here but it seems that maybe from the 70s on give or take a few years, you start seeing true women's moto gear made for women.

Anyway---again---looks to be a men's jacket to me.
