Echter Rockel "Haar", 58 cm, possibly early to mid 1950s. The Felt color is Dark Blue and the Felt has a very nice hand plus easily dry creases. The the Sweatband is a matching Dark Blue.

Light brown-gold "ERKO" Velour (Ernst Kohlndorfer, Miesbach) - probably late 20s (I think)
The velour is wonderfully soft and in my opinion comes close to some Hückel qualities.
According to the paper label a 57 (cm), but fits more like a 58 (and thus just enough for me).
Height open crown 16 cm; central dent at a luxurious 12.5 cm; width of brim at 6 cm
Note the beautiful Art Deko logo as well as the handwritten price.
Sold in Bautzen (Saxony) by "A. Fleyel Nachf.[ahren]"

It's indeed spectacular and I think there are only a handful hats with the "ERKO" trademark that have been shown around, but Steve will know better.

Matt, Fantastic find! Made my day! Very difficult to find the lighter colors and in great condition. I have an Erko Velour but in a very small size. The Print Type on the Sweatband is similar so probably the same time period.New for me and already announced:

This is the advert where I found the Erko trademark was Ernst Kohlndorfer Miesbach / Oberbayren Velour Hutfabrik.

The hat was severally crushed at the brim edge during shipping. The box was pulverized (most likely by USPS) and had to be wrapped in shrink wrap by USPS. I thought it was lost but arrived yesterday with no status update from USPS since early September.
The photos were taken after popping the crown out so originally more crushed.

Panos, Thank you! It's hard to see how bad it was crushed at rear brim edge on the non-Bow side. If you look at the paper label photo you can see it was torn (acid free taped).

Hückel Weilheim "Hückel's Clipper" "Melé", 58 cm possibly late 1950s early 1960s. The Felt is a Mix (Melé) with a Rough (Rauh) finish and very soft hand. I have a couple other "Hückel's Clipper" Hats.

Panos, From what I can recall most of the Rough / Rauh finish have a similar grays / whites mixture going back to the 1930s. These two J. Hückel´s Söhne Standard "Loden" are exceptions.

Wilhelm Pless Wien "Extra Qualität", 57 cm, possibly late 1920s early 1930s. This a really beautiful Stiff Felt and in near mint condition. This is my first Wilhelm Pless Wien so a rare find. The only other WPW is a Silk Top Hat found by Robert (RLK). It's possible the Felt is Beaver because it's very dense but could be a blend. The liner is really fantastic. The color (not sure what to call it plus color changes) and company mark are striking. The contrasting sweatband with gold embossed company mark are great too.
I have another beautiful Stiff Felt from the same store Ludwig Skrivanek Graz.
