Why doesn't someone post the hat in the hat forum and see what the Stetson lovers think of whether the band is original?

P.S. I'm enjoying this discussion. I know next to nothing about hats, therefore have no opinion, but a good debate is always fun.

What's weird about preferring not to wear flashy clothes? It's just personal choice. Furthermore, certain styles of clothing have certain connotations, which vary from place to place. I wouldn't want to wear a suit in a really bold check pattern because it has the old music hall comedian connotations. And some outfits take you into the realm of costume rather than clothing. Again, that's something I try to avoid. And some people live in areas where they'd get their heads kicked in if they tried wearing anything too flash.

Furthermore, not wanting to wear 'flashy' clothes, doesn't mean you don't appreciate them.
