If this better dressing trend takes off and if the girls that wear the jeans that are all chewed up at the bottom of the cuff from walking on them because they are too long because they refuse to wear a regular shoe rather than thier flip flops started wearing skirts or dresses at least one ugly trend would not be an issue any more and hopefully their bellys wont be sticking up over thier skirts either. If something vintage lands in thier hands maybe they will realize that it is more special than thier cheep jeans and learn to treat those items better than the holey jeans they wear.

I personally laud the return to more classic designs, even if it's 'not accurate' or is a 2007 take on it. It's fashion, not reinactment. Somewhat silly to expect people who are following fashion, to think of it all the same exact way we do.

Its at least -better- fashion.

Hey, I'm just saying I didn't want to buy the magazine.

I can't imagine the nicer vintage stuff will be purchased and mistreated by those who follow trends because Forever 21 fills the niche nicely. Of course, I certainly follow trends as well. Yellow is in right now and I'm on a mission to find a wearable yellow dress.

Well I haven't seen this issue of Vogue yet, I may stop off at Borders tomorrow morning and check it out. To be fair I've never been a big fan of Scarlett, either as an actress or as a "face" but I'm interested to see what has sparked such passionate debate here.....

Next time I think they should ask one of the many glamour girls here to model. I think the "Powder Room Girls Pin-up" section would be a terrific idea ......:)
