Day two in Osaka saw us enjoying Mexican food in the same hats as yesterday. Me in the Dobbs Homburg & Etsuko in a Maxim beret (not posted yesterday).

Good morning from Minnesota. This weekend was one of travel and work. When I got home I could be spotted under the brim of a Stetson Stratoliner and a cap for some errands.

I wake this morning to gently falling snow. Early morning walkabout under a Ganon Wanderer (whiskey beaver felt and charcoal trimmings).

The first cup of coffee wearing a Gannon Wanderer (moss green beaver felt).

Snow removal of walkways under the protective brim of a Gannon Executive (natural beaver felt with a gill ribbon treatment).

Following Gary's @The Shoe lead. Enjoying Mexican food. This restaurant is a little different in that they specialize in food from the Yucatan peninsula. The guacamole is only the beginning. EXCELLENT!

Let's start by saying that I've seen a lot of beautiful new hats: Brent and Bob have fleshed out the park of new arrivals with beautiful news. Not only them, but many others contributed to the thread of the new hats.
You all have my admiration for the dedication in researching and pursuing old and new examples of headwear

Today I continue with the modern Tonak series

This is one of my favorites because it has a short velour and honestly I would have preferred it black, but the only one available was this and thank goodness the Tonak sizes are abundant, even a 58 is good for my head

I love the dark brown color with matching ribbon and brim hemming and I sugget to the lovers of the "antelope" or short velour finish to take a look to the modern Tonak
