Most escellent

I believe you'll like the Milan weave as it is really cooler than a Panama (temp wise). I think their is more air flow thru the weave. It was the common head wear for most men I remember in the 50's and 60's during the "hot" months.

escellent??
Especially excellent......

Great hat BH !
:eusa_clap . :eusa_clap

p.s. I like the first pic the best, just me but I never favored a turned up brim.
BUT the shorter brims are best if you do have it turned up.

Thanks Guys......

Thanks.....I really dig this lid with the brim up, my wife hates any Fedora with the brim up as well (on me) .....she thinks I look like a "Goober", whatever that is. [huh]

btw, my bearded dragon in the background of the 1st pic.....he woke right up when he seen me in it.....I think I took him by surprise, it was kinda funny.

Cool hat, BH! Nice ribbon work! I too favor the first pic with the brim down.
It actually looks good on you either way. :eusa_clap Congratulations.

Brim up is just somehow tougher to pull off and not look like Red Skelton, but Bolthead, your stingy looks fine brim up. I think the wide brim hats don't carry the turn up well.

I'm in Wilkes Barre. The one I have is a 7 1/8. It looks like the one Sinatra is frequently shown wearing.

EDIT: looking at it again it might not be a true pork pie.
