I assumed what you meant there is that the publci defender would not have walked joe blow out the door at best, or he would he been beaten intoa plea at best.I believe 25% of publci defenders would ahve walked michael jackson out the door too.

I think my 93 year old grandmother could have walked Michael Jackson out the door when prosecutors bring in evidence from such shoddy witnesses and no hard evidence to support what they say. That screwball mother ruined their case just by herself. What kind of a DA would put someone like that on the stand? What a nut! Six jurors started the deliberations thinking that they would vote to convict but her antics ruined the credibility of the entire case. What a nut!

Regards to all,

J

hey all,

Just my opinions, but it strikes me that way to many DA's and Crown attourneys (as they are called here in Canada) have been watching FAR too much "Murder she Wrote".

Michael Jackson--well you may jump on me for this, and it may be partly the Chianti speaking, But I would wonder what would happen if a meeting between me and him went like this.

Craig: "Hey! Your michael jackson!"

Jacko: "umm...yeah...don't be ignorant!"

Craig: "Oh I ain't being ignorant--wanna grab a beer?"

And then see where the conversation goes. Seriously, all his life he's been treated in such a way that NO human being should be treated--either as a monster (as in the last 8 years) or as better-then-royalty-pay-check-earner (as in his childhood). I really wonder what would happen if someone just treated him like a NORMAL human being. Could be interesting, thats all.

I have faith in the democratic courts. He may not be innocent, but he isn't guilty enough to be sent to jail--the case is not there. And I'd rather have 10 michaels go free then have one, oh i dunno, say Rudy Guliani or Albert Einstien go to jail.

Cheers
Craig
